User content
You remain the sole owner of the audio files you upload to Mixly and of the mixes you produce with it. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights on uploaded content (copyright, neighboring rights, authorizations).
You grant Mixly a strictly technical license, limited to your use of the service, to store, process and play back these files in order to provide the mixing and export functionality.
Limitation of liability
Mixly strives to provide the best possible availability and quality of service. However, the publisher cannot guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors, and shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and how they use the produced mixes. Any use contrary to law or third-party rights is prohibited.
Applicable law
These legal terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempted amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
